I've always thought most social media diagrams were more about appearance over substance. They could pass for modern art in some cases. But I really like the Conversation Prism, it's nicely straightforward and sums everything up for those who, like me, are just getting started in this world. (plus it still looks quite nice too)
Thanks Karyn!
